Troy J. Sutter, 44, of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. A private family service will be held at Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI. A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Harmony Church Cemetery in Zwingle, IA. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.
Troy was born on May 1, 1978 to James & Carol (Horch) Sutter in Dubuque, IA. He was a graduate from Southwestern High School and was a member of the Dubuque Musical Men Chorus and Barbershop quartet. Troy enjoyed videos games, Scooby Doo, watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, his dog Elvis, but most of all he enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Troy is survived by 5 brothers: Jay, Fred, Bill & Bob of East Dubuque, IL and Sam of Arizona; a sister-in-law, Tammy Sutter of East Dubuque, IL; a brother-in-law, Tom Richey of Central City, IA, special family friends Joe Kruser and & Jason Ludwig; along with 8 nieces & nephews: Tommy (Robyn), Nicki (Breck), Crystal (Keith), Freddy, Tylor, Kelly, Missy & Amber (Nick); 7 great-nieces & nephews: Kaylee, Hank, Emerson, Emma & Emelia, Nash & Alijah, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cindy Richey.
In lieu of flowers a Troy J. Sutter Memorial Fund has been established. Memorials may be mailed to Haudenshield Funeral Home, c/o: Troy Sutter Family, P.O. BOX 825, Cuba City, WI 53807.
