Trudy Troquille Obituary
Mrs. Troquille, 79, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 1, 2023, in Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, Natchitoches, LA.
She had a strong devotion to her Lord. She was a lifelong member of Philadelphia Baptist Church, where she was very active within the church. Trudy was a homemaker who loved cooking, RV camping with her family, and traveling. She also enjoyed her weekly excursions with her women's group. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, Paul Troquille; one infant daughter, Tina Troquille; and her parents, Luther and Lovie Briggs.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her two daughters, Angie Fenske (Lloyd) of Monroe, and Laurie Feazell (Eric) of Cane River; one brother, J.L. Briggs (Eleanore) of Pineville; one sister, Bonnie Camp (Floyd) of Pineville; three grandchildren, Linzy McWhorter (Jason) of Lafayette, Alyson Feazell (Judson) of New Orleans, and Drew Fenske of Monroe; two great grandchildren, Landry McWhorter and Briggs McWhorter; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and her fur baby, Sophie.
A time of visitation will be held in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Eric Feazell, Lloyd Fenske, Lawrence Briggs, Jason McWhorter, Drew Fenske, and Judson Darnell.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Bridget Foreman and the ICU staff at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and the staff of Natchitoches Community Care Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or www.stjude.org/donate.
