Tye Joseph Lyons

Age 35, of Somerset, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on February 3, 2026 after an 18 month battle with esophageal cancer.

Tye was preceded in death by his mother - Andrea Lyons.

He will be deeply missed by his brother - Levi Lyons; his surviving family - Jerry and Naomi Belisle, Brea (Jason) Bradshaw, Tiffany (Chris) Moore, Drew Belisle, Garret (Jen) Belisle, Kent Belisle, Mariah (Kent) Reyers; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tye enjoyed spending his free time with family and friends; he shared his love of books, movies, gaming, and his many collections with those around him. He found joy in the meaningful connections he made with friends through his work and many hobbies. Tye was a dedicated employee at SMC for many years; he took pride in not only the work he did, but also the relationships he made.

Those who knew Tye will remember him for his sensitivity, generosity, and warmth. Qualities evident in his incredible bond with his nieces and nephews. He was a devoted uncle who made it a priority to create lasting memories with them; ultimately, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

A celebration of Tye’s life will be Saturday, February 14, 2026, 2:00 P.M. at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Family will receive friends following the service.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to St. Croix Hospice for their loving care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Cancer Center of Western Wisconsin in New Richmond.
