TYLER JACKSON CRAVEY, age 22, of Eastman, GA, died on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
A private family celebration of life service will be held at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Tyler was born in Eastman, GA on July 4, 2003, and was raised in Dodge County. He attended Dodge County High School, and worked several jobs after high school including, L & J Fabrics, LLC and with Gilmer Warehouse in Cochran, GA. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend who will be fondly remembered and missed by all those who knew him. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching dirt track races at Cochran Motor Speedway, riding four wheelers with his Uncle Joey, playing video games on his PlayStation, and hanging out with his family and friends, where they would play cards or board games. He was affectionately called "TaterTot", "T-Man", and "TyTy" by his family and loved riding around with his favorite canine companion, Sweet Pea. Tyler was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Diane Davis, and Grandfathers, Tommy Cravey and Lt. Carlton Neil Poole.
He is survived by his Mother and Father – Angela Coogler "Angie" Cravey and Tommy Junior "T.J." Cravey, of Eastman GA; Siblings – Morgan Cravey (Crystal), Nicole Cravey Graham (Robert), Junior Coogler, Eric Cravey, Wesley Cravey, Caden Cravey, Jordan Cravey, Hailey Cravey, Lil T.J. Cravey, and Bailey Cravey; Maternal Grandmother – Sandy Tricario; Paternal Step-Grandfather – Mike Hopwood; Paternal Step-Grandmother – Belinda Cravey; Aunts and Uncles – Joey Cravey (Katie), Andrew Benjamin Cravey, Michael Cravey, Jamie Cravey (Nikki), and Nicole Artavia (Wagner); Numerous cousins and friends.
The family may be contacted at the residence of Angie and T.J. Cravey, 791 Albert Lampkin Rd., Eastman, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested you contact Tyler's father, T.J. Cravey, 478-230-5262.
