Tyler Nicholas Thibodeaux

Tyler Nicholas Thibodeaux, age 33, of Metairie, LA passed away on Thursday, May 27th. He was born on May 22nd, 1988 to loving parents, Barry and Donna Dufrene Thibodeaux. Tyler was the beloved and protective brother of Laken Thibodeaux. Tyler was the grandson of the late Warner (Black) Thibodeaux, Jeanette Thibodeaux, and Donald (Coach) Hecker. He is survived by his Mammaw, Eva Hecker. Tyler was blessed with a loving family. He was the nephew of Beth Guillotte (Gary), Jan Good (Errol), Joy Dantin (Danny), Ricki Dufrene (Vicki) and Randy Dufrene (Sandra). He was greatly loved by his cousins, late Garen Guillotte, Breanne Castille, Blair Fischer, Blake Casler, Rickie Dufrene, Brett Dufrene, Jillian Coyne, and Erin Parfait. Tyler graduated from Brother Martin in 2006, where he was a member of the golf team that went on to win state his junior year. He was a massive Saints fan and an avid golfer. He never met a stranger and will forever be remembered for his infectious smile and positive personality. He will be sorely missed by family, friends and all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to the memorial mass at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 105 Bonnabel Blvd., Metairie, LA, on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 12pm. Visitation will begin at 10:30am.
