His grandmother Everlyn Minnieweather and his step father Fred Stanley welcomed him into heaven. Raised in the warm embrace of Fresno, Tyrone was the cherished son of Doris Hill, George Phillips. He was a proud father to Malaiya Phillips. He was a beloved grandfather to Malachai Legend Phillips. A wonderful brother to Felicia Andrade, Antion Hill and Laurrisha Walker. His life was further enriched by the bonds he shared with his brother-in-law, Frank Andrade, and his adored nieces and nephews, Dajshanae Washington, Raesean Fuller, Duane Washington, Nicholas Andrade, Lilianna Andrade, Grace-Lynn Andrade, Aijalonna Phillips, Adonis Phillips, and Jocelyn Phillips. His role as an uncle was one he treasured deeply, as was the joy of being a great-uncle to Ava Mendivil Ramirez and Jamir Fuller. Tyrone's sister, Felicia Andrade stood by his side through every season of life. He leaves behind an abundance of cousins, aunties, and great aunties, ect.
