Unice Clayton Glenn-Williams was born in Anderson County, SC on Sept. 20, 1942 to Hattie M. Hull-Clayton and Charlie Ted Clayton. Unice fell asleep in death August 4, 2025.

Unice moved to Freeport, New York in 1965. She went back to school and became a Certified EKG Clinician with the PMR Staff at the Brunswick Hospital of Amityville, New York. She retired after 45 years of dedicated service.

Unice married Charles N. Williams, Jr. on July 10, 1971, and they shared 54 beautiful years together. She was so happy when she became a grandma to two beautiful children. The first granddaughter is Tony Ciara Glenn who was named after dad, Tony Eugene Glenn; and Tony is also Unice's only son. Then, a grandson named Dakota Glenn was born.

Unice loved her service dog she named Queenie, and carried her almost everywhere she went. She also loved her family, enjoyed helping them, and anyone who needed help if it was in her means to help.

Unice came to know about Jehovah's Witnesses after moving to New York. She studied the Bible with different sisters, and began using God's name (Jehovah) in her conversations with others. She started studying the Bible with Sister Pat Whitney in 2019, and started regularly attending meetings.

Unice leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband Charles N. Williams, Jr.; son, Tony Eugene Glenn- who she loved dearly; two beautiful grandchildren, Toni Ciara Glenn & Dakota Glenn; three sisters, Jannie R. Norris, Doris L. Clayton, & Marie Crosby (West); two brothers, Eddie Clayton, Jr. & Marion L. Clayton of Anderson, SC; four sister-in-law, Eula M. Clayton of Anderson, SC, Betty Clayton of Anderson, SC, Kehlani Smith (Willie), Simone Anderson (Douglas); brother-in-law, Lamarco Williams of Spartanburg, SC; a host of nieces and nephews that adored and looked up to her; and a host of cousins and friends.

Unice was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Charlie Clayton, Jr.; half-sister, Pearl Lee Thompson; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Mabel and Charles Williams, Sr.; a special niece, London Norris-Lucus; and a special nephew, Marion Terrell Clayton.
