Ursula Cure Obituary
Ursula H. Cure, age 86, passed away peacefully in her home in Covington, LA on July 12, 2024.
Ursula was born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany to parents Hans and Maria Mecking.
Ursula is preceded in death by her parents Hans and Maria Mecking, her husband Lester J. Cure, and siblings Verner and Mariana.
She leaves behind her children Dorothy, Lester (Patti), George (Lya), Mariana, Linda, Brenda, and Michael (Katy), as well as siblings Liane and Marita. She was also a grandmother to 12 grandchildren and great grandmother to 15 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held for friends and family at 12PM at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home in Covington, LA.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center Foundation in Ursula's name.
