Ursula H. "Uschi" Junge

Ursula "Uschi" Junge, 82, of Union, NJ, passed away on September 11, 2002. A funeral service will be held at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Avenue in Union on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday from 5 to 8pm.
Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, the daughter of Walter and Herta Sudrow, Uschi came to the United States as teenager. First settling in Maplewood, she lived in Union for 57 years before moving to Somerset 5 years ago. In her younger years, Uschi worked as a beautician then left the workforce to raise her family. She was a longtime member of the Deutscher Club and Berliner Club of Clark Uschi enjoyed gardening and baking but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Uschi was the beloved wife 62 years to Henry. She was the loving mother of Marlies Junge-Saylor and her husband the late William and Debra LaTorre and her husband Carmelo. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Carmelo, Jr., Nicolas, Jaclyn, and Bill and, her sister Hannelore in Germany.
