Ursula J. Watkins, age 85, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, in Killeen, TX.
She was born September 14, 1940, in Frankfurt Germany to Rudolph and Rosi Jung.
Ursula married Billy Joe Watkins on November 4, 1959. Ursula's biggest love was her family. She always had family gatherings for all birthdays and holidays. She loved to attend church and socialize. Ursula enjoyed her Bunco Group, shopping at Walmart or the Thrift Store on Post and playing Bingo with her daughters. Ursula was also known for loving her shoes.
Ursula was preceded in death by her parents Rudolph and Rosi Jung and her brother Johann Georg Jung. Ursula is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Watkins. Son: Rudy D. Watkins. Daughters: Sylvia S. Key and Patricia J. Ice. Grandchildren: Clinton D. Watkins, Justin S. Key, Billy D. Watkins, Kyle M. Key, and Cameron L. Watkins. Great-Grandchildren: Carter H. Key, Kinslee R. Key, Liam O. Key and Mellie M. Key.
