Valerie is survived by her son, Mark Parrott, as well as 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jerrold Radtke.
At Valerie's request, no services will be held.
Cremation will take place at Frain Crematory in Winamac.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Pulaski County Human Services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryvllle.
