Van Clifford Clodfelter, 64, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at his home.
Van was born in Evansville, Indiana on January 7, 1961 to the late Clifford and Beverly (Sheldon) Clodfelter. Van graduated from North High School in 1979. He worked with his uncle, Morris Clodfelter, at his dental lab, with his brother, Mark, at Arbor Hill House, and again with his brother, Mark, at Fehrenbacher Wood Specialties. Van had a love for music and enjoyed playing the guitar. He also had a passion for cars and appreciation for good food. Van loved his family dearly, and his caring spirit shined brightest when he helped look after his parents as they aged. He will be deeply missed.
Van is survived by his sisters, Jane Nunez (Dr. Mero) of Saint Louis, MO, and Cristine Saunders of Ocala, FL; brother, Paul Feurer of Lake Park, FL; and niece and nephew, Elena and Dominic Nunez, both of St. Louis, MO.
Van was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mark Clodfelter.
No services will be held at Browning Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, 415 Mulberry St., Evansville, IN 47713.
