Vanessa Lynn Clark was born on June 4, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Columbus East High School, where she made many lifelong friendships and cherished memories.
Vanessa had a strong spirit, a giving heart, and a beautiful soul. She was known for her sense of humor, her warm smile, and her willingness to help anyone in need. Vanessa loved watching OSU football and the Dallas Cowboys. Vanessa loved her family deeply and dedicated her life to caring for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all those she loved.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, June (Doug) Fitzgerald; her father, Clifford Clark Sr.; her grandparents, Frances Lee and William Clark; her brother Clifford Clark Jr.,and her son, Mahad Clark.
Vanessa leaves to cherish her memory with lifelong partner Dale Crowley and her children: Ronald M. Clark, Shawnnette L. Clark, Aundier M. Clark, Billdee W. Clark (LaTausha), and Christopher O Clark; her siblings: Marva L. Fryar, Mary F. Griffin, George Roberts III, Karen Clark, Patrisha A. Barker, and Phyllis R. Barker; 21 loving grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a host of cousins, extended family, and devoted best friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
Vanessa's laughter, love, and light will continue to live on through everyone she touched.
