I met Vanessa almost 6 years ago. Such a beautiful soul. She always lifted me up when I seen her and was down, and would give me the best advice. My heart is so sad and She will be missed very much.

I first met Vanessa when we had Sonny´s Bar B Que cater an event. Then she became our go-to server when we visited Sonny´s Restaurant. She was always a bright spot, friendly, and so gracious. Vanessa had a welcoming way that made you feel comfortable and seemed genuinely happy to see you. She was never too busy to engage in conversation and ask about your well-being. We sure missed her when she left Sonny´s and very sad to hear of her passing. We are sure she will continue being a bright spot in heaven and her star will certainly burn brightly every night. Vanessa, you are loved and will be missed.
