As said by all he was loved by many and will be missed by all. He was pulling me through this Cancer misery and was a go to friend when I couldn't see through the tears. He always carried Gods Love and presence. Somedays I think I cant get through without a chat with Vaughn. Nancy and kids and grandbabes I wish you a peace that rolls you over. My heart is still broken hearing of his loss. God Bless each and every one.

With sadness in my heart I write this note
Thank you Vaughn , Nancy and Sophie for sharing Israel with us
After you began ministering in Abilene and we´d met you at bethel temple our former church we´ve never forgotten about Any of you
I never spoke to Sophie or Nancy after our Israel trip together but as I´d mentioned in many conversations with Vaughn you guys were always a part of our thoughts and prayers
Thank you for allowing Vaughn the time he spent ministering to my family especially the time he spent with our son Preston
Vaughn not only was a great teacher and preacher but he became one of my closest spiritual allies
Thank you Vaughn and God knows my heart is to spend eternity worshipping JESUS with all those who were such an influence positively and spiritually in my life
You always had answers I needed when we talked or text
Though it broke my heart and we cried many tears over your passing from this life I know Heaven received a greater joy having you there .......
We will see you again one day by the crystal river and before the Throne of GOD as we worship the LORD of Glory together ......

Vaughn is dancing in the streets of glory utilizing his well earned reward!! Sadly missed on those of us left behind. He was a beautiful man with a beautiful spirit and lived a beautiful life. His family is wonderful. Rest in peace dear brother until we meet again.

My deepest condolences for this great humanly loss. Vaughn planted the deepest seeds for the love and greatness of God in my life and his memory will live with me forever. He is now in the presence of God and the precious family members gone before him. Soon and very soon we will all see God and Vaughn. Your gentle voice and welcoming smile will be so missed. Rest easy Pastor
