Veda J. Wilhelm

WILHELM, Veda J. – of Flint, age 86, died on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Maple Woods Manor of Clio. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1PM until 7PM, and on Thursday from 12PM until the time of service at 1PM. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.

Veda was born on April 23, 1939, in Lennon, Michigan, to the late John and Catherine (Maxham) Wilhelm. She worked at General Motors for many years before retiring in 1992. Veda loved coloring, crocheting, playing bingo and trips to the casino. Above all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and sister.

Surviving are: Children: Rick (Patty) Sny, Timothy (Debra) Sny, Lilly Dyson, Margaret (Jeff) Turner, Jon (Lori) Wilhelm, and Coby (Anthony "Dinky") Wilhelm-Cobbs; 15 grandchildren; Many great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; Sisters: Toni (Fred) Dawson, and Donna Snooks; Many loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and dear friends.
