Velma was my best friend we were friends since grade school it seems like a lifetime of friendship ^we grew up together and got into mischief together and did so many things together I will never forget her sometimes we were like two peas in a pond rest in peace my dear friend know that I love you to life you will truly be missed with heartfelt love Retha

My sister Velma has transitioned from this earth, but she will always be with me, in my heart. It won't be the same when I go home and not get to see her. I will always love her. Rest In Eternal Peace!
Our prayers are with Dionne and her family, Raymond, and her nieces. She will be truly missed but never forgotten.
