Born on June 15, 1933, in Ozark, Arkansas, to Jessie and Gracie Ballard, Vee was a devoted homemaker who cherished her family deeply. She and her late husband, Richard Aljian, Jr., shared many happy years on their family vineyard in Kerman, California, where Vee enjoyed hosting family gatherings and spending time with friends, neighbors, and church members.

Vee is survived by her sons, Chris Aljian and his wife Cindi of Fresno, California, along with their children Jordan, Lindsay, and Alec Aljian; and Lance Aljian and his wife Kathy of Frisco, Texas, with their sons Jacob and Parker Aljian. She is also survived by her granddaughter Courtney Harris of Visalia, California, and her children Zane and Haley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Gracie Ballard; her beloved husband, Richard Aljian, Jr.; her son David Harvey and daughter Karen Harvey; her brothers Voyd Ballard, Elvin Ballard, A.J.
