Vernon Fulmer Obituary
Vernon Douglas Fulmer, age 80, resident of Joanna, passed away Monday. November 17, 2025 at his home.
He was born on June 11, 1945 in Joanna, SC, and was the son of the late James Mathis and Myrtle Estes Fulmer. Vernon was formerly employed with Walmart Distribution and served in the SC National Guard. He was a Mason affiliated with the Magnolia Masonic Lodge AFM #355 and an Eagle Scout. Vernon was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Vernon is survived by his son, Jamie Fulmer (Julie) and his brother, Gary Fulmer (Tina).
In addition to his parents, Vernon was preceded in death by his brothers, Eddie Fulmer and Bob Fulmer.
Graveside Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Pinelawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Jerry Pickens officiating.
