Vicki Lynn Smith, born November 5, 1962 at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, TX to Gary O'Neal Smith and Brenda Chaney Smith.  In 1968, she was crowned Garland's Little Miss Jubilee, winning many prizes.  She attended Jeannie Strain School of Baton.  She was very talented and won many trophies and awards.  She attended Daugherty Elementary, then Coyle Middle School where she was a cheerleader.  She attended Lakeview High the first year it was built where she was elected Varsity Cheerleader.  Her family and her would also go camping and she loved waterskiing.  She was of baptist faith and in her younger years was baptised at Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Mesquite.  She then moved to Georgia with her family.  She graduated from Hallie Turner Private School in Alabama.  She returned to Texas in 1983 where she became a very successful contractor hanging wallpaper.  She had three children, Chase O'Neal Duckworth, Chelsi Lee Duckworth, and Lexi Ray Ingram.  Vicki loved being in the ocean whether it was fishing off the boat or being with friends on the dock.  Vicki was so hardworking and loved hanging wallpaper.  She would outwork any man on the job.  She was a mastercraftsman, and very creative.  Sewing was a strong passion of hers.  There was nothing she couldn't do or fix.  She was a fun and loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She was a strong lover, fighter and a hardworking woman who would do anything to help anyone.  You are forever in our hearts and We Love You.

Vicki is survived by her two daughters, Chelsi Duckworth and Lexi Ingram, mother Brenda Smith, sister Stacy Smith, aunt Betty Jackson, uncle Philip Smith and wife Elizabeth.  Grandchildren Cadence Duckworth and Callie Duckworth.

Vicki was preceded in death by grandmother Verdine Douglas, grandmother Annie Dourgh, father Gary Smith, son Chase Duckworth, sister Tanya Wagoner and great friend K.T. Kidwell.
