Vickie Carbaugh Obituary
Born November 3, 1963 in Frederick, she was the daughter of James Carbaugh Sr. and the late Carolyn Carbaugh.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons; Travis Adkins and Ricky Adkins (Meredith Hammond), brothers; Petey Carbaugh (Sheri), Brian Carbaugh (Linda) and Damuth Carbaugh (Rachel), numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4pm to 7pm, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 10am, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared in Vickie's name to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.

We had some good times in 4h with Vickie, her brothers and sons. Memories we will cherish and laugh about until we join her. May the strength and presence of the Lord be with each of you with each passing day. I hope the fun memories out weigh the hurt of Vickies's loss. Blessings to each of you.

I waited on Vicki and her boys at Weis Thurmont for many years. I could tell she was a great Mom and really loved her boys ...she was so proud of their accomplishments. May Vicki rest on peace and continue to watch over her son's David Souder
