Vickie Ruth (Blue) Clark was born to Robert and Bessie Blue on July 5, 1963, at Kanakanak Hospital in Dillingham, Alaska. Vickie lived most of her childhood in Togiak, Alaska. Vickie attended her elementary, junior/senior high school at Togiak. Vickie's occupation was a homemaker. Vicke enjoyed subsistence until she moved out of Togiak. During her last visit to Togiak, she visited each household and was very happy to see all her relatives and friends. Vickie has lived in Anchorage and Wasilla area since 2012.
Vickie is survived by her husband, Shane Clark; sons, Dewayne Blue (Carolyn), Kevin Clark and Albert Clark; daughters, Victoria Blue and Shaina Clark; mother, Bessie Blue; sisters, Carol Maillelle, Elaine Blue, and Mary E. Blue; grandchildren, Rytter Blue, Evon Togiak, Trent Curtis, Patrick Blue, Kenyon Blue, Lavina Blue, Jasmie Blue, Mariah Kuku, Clyde Blue, Kaitlyn Clark and Jason Clark; uncles, Albert Ouya (Anecia) and John Antone; aunt, Nellie Thomas (Gerald); first cousins, Eldon Blue (Rose), Myron Blue (Christa), Billy A Blue, Bonnie Blue, Blanche Blue, Mason Blue, Samantha Blue, Annie M. Blue (Kyle) Gladys Small, Roberta Ouya and Adolph Ouya; nephews, John Blue, Norman Blue, Robert Blue, Tyler Blue, Matthew Maillelle, Malachai Blue; and nieces, Cheryl A. Kriska (David), Vanessa Blue, Theresa Blue and Sylvia Henry and numerous relatives and friends from surrounding villages.
Vickie Clark was preceded in death by her father, Robert T. Blue; brother, Harold Blue; sisters, Roberta Joyce and Grace Blue; grandparents, Billy and Dr. Annie Blue; brother-in-law, Walter Maillelle; uncles, Samuel S Blue and John Ouya; aunts, Mary E. Knight and Martha Ouya and first cousin Edward Small.
