Vickie Lynn Plunkett
Windsor, SC—Mrs. Vickie Lynn Plunkett, age 64, entered into rest on Thursday November 6, 2025, at her residence. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Scott Allen Green and a daughter of Mr. Gene Heath and the late Mrs. Eleanor Heath. Mrs. Plunkett was born in Ft. Worth, TX, but had made the Windsor area her home for nearly 40 years. She was of the Catholic faith and was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Mrs. Plunkett enjoyed many things in life. She loved being outdoors, fishing, cooking, listening to country and classic rock music, and reading the newspaper. She loved watching her soap operas such as “Days of our Lives,” “General Hospital,” and “Passion.” Mrs. Plunkett also enjoyed traveling to the mountains and the beach. She loved going to Cherokee and playing at the casinos. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She loved talking on the phone with her sisters and watching her grandchildren play. Additional survivors include: three sons Cody (Jennifer) Green, Aiken, Scott Dylan Green, Atlanta, and Mitch Brian Plunkett, Aiken; one brother Wayne (Rhonda) Heath, Aiken; one sister Mary Heath; and five grandchildren Anthony Green, Allen Green, Alia Plunkett, Mason Plunkett, and Harliann Plunkett. Mrs. Plunkett was preceded in death by one sister Diane Franklin. A private service with the family will take place at a later date.
