Gainesville, Florida - Victor was born April 18, 1940 in Bradenton, Fl. He died December 7, 2022 at Haven Hospice, Gainesville, Fl. Victor leaves behind a wife of 53 years, Micki Allison Case; a sister Toni Winslett; six children, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a niece and two great nephews. His children are Ricky and Alex Flaquer; Victor, Jr., David and Chris Case; and an adopted daughter, Beth Wolfe.
Victor served with the United States Army Air Corps in helicopters. He returned to Bradenton as a boat builder and designer. The last twenty-seven years of his life he lived in Ft. Pierce and Gainesville, Fl. Victor will be missed by his family and many friends.
The family requests donations be made to Haven Hospice, Gainesville, Fl. A Celebration of Life in Bradenton to be announced.
