Leaf Cremation - ColumbusVictor Lee Iddings, beloved father, husband, brother, and friend, passed away at home with loved ones beside him on October 27, 2025, after a courageous 49-month and 10-day battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 63 years old.
Born on May 21, 1962, Victor was the son of the late Richard Lee Iddings and Mary Ann Iddings (Arms). He was a proud graduate of Franklin Heights High School, Class of 1980, and went on to serve his country honorably as a United States Marine.
Victor was a skilled tradesman and a proud member of Iron Workers Union Local 172 and IBEW Local 683. He retired from Kastle Electric. Known for his unmatched ability to fix anything, Victor was the ultimate handyman, a passionate drummer, an avid golfer, and a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals.
He is survived by his loving wife, Leslie Iddings; his son, Brandon Lee Iddings; and his stepchildren: Samantha Crego (Ryan Peak), David Crego (Valarie Holdren), Kara Veronia, and Brittney. He was a proud grandfather to Averie Crego, Kathryn Moore, David Crego Jr. and many step grandchildren.
Victor is also survived by his sisters: Linda Mullins (Harry), Patricia Riley, and Lisa Iddings (Mark); and brothers-in-law Ronald Cain and Bob Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Deborah Cain and Sallie Jones, brother-in-law Donald Riley, and his cherished dogs who were always by his side.
Victor leaves behind a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends who will remember his warmth, humor, and unwavering loyalty.
A private service for immediate family will be held in accordance with Victor’s wishes. A celebration of life open to all will take place on Sunday, November 9 from 1–5 PM at Sports and Spirits, 2042 Eakin Road, where stories, laughter, and memories will be shared in Victor’s honor.
Victor’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Semper Fi.
