Victor was born September 11, 1942 in Oak Park, IL to the late Paul and Dorothy Malmgren. He was the beloved brother of the late June (the late Gobel) and the late Gary (Margaret). Victor is the loving uncle to Jackie (JD) and Eric, and a dear great-uncle and great-great-uncle to many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember him.
Victor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
Cremation is private.
