Victor Reynolds Obituary
Victor was born on February 17, 1953, in Magnolia, AR. He worked as a police officer retiring as Assistant Chief for the City of Magnolia Police Department and worked as Captain and retried as Chief Deputy from the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.
Victor was a member of the Kings Corner Assembly of God Church in Sarepta, LA. He loved gospel music and was a member of the Columbia County Hayride for over 50 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arleigh and Eva (King) Reynolds and the mother of his children, Deborah Aldridge Reynolds. Victor is survived by his wife, Latricia Reynolds of Waldo; son, Justin (Jennifer) Reynolds of Benton, AR; daughter, Laura Schweizer of Abilene, TX; granddaughter, Emory Caroline Reynolds of Benton; sisters, Charlotte (Jim) Kyne of Taylor, AR and Jill (Kerry) Hudnall of Springhill, LA; bonus daughters, Heather (Jason) White of Azle, TX and Amber (Rodney) Holland of Rosston, AR; bonus grandchildren, Ethan Edwards and Kaitlyn Holland of Rosston; a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia, AR. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kings Corner Assembly of God Church in Sarepta, LA, with Pastor James Lowe and Evg. Leroy Martin officiating with burial following at Barlow Cemetery in Columbia County, AR.
Pallbearers will be officers of the Columbia County Sheriff's Office. Honorary pallbearers will be the Union Street Band members.
Memorial donations may be made to Barlow Cemetery, 2111 Columbia Rd 27 S, Magnolia, AR 71753.

I know not of this man, but I hope he is at peace. as someone else said, this is not the victor Reynolds hit by the train in NV. I hope this will reach more people to honor each man of the same name as who they are, not as a mistake or accident. sending hope to the family <3

I'm sorry for his untimely death. I regard him to be a hero, as it's a shame to lose one of our law enforcement officers.

Dear Family of Victor Reynolds. My name is Linda A. Reynolds. I came across this horrific story about the horrible incident at the train track, and the wonderful heroes who came to his aid. He was alive and able to understand what was going on. I pray that whatever happened has been revealed and proper actions as a result.
Because Victor Reynolds was a Hero all his Life in Law Enforcement, my heart suddenly fell broken. My Fatger fought in three wars, and because of Agent Orange pesticide experiments in Vietnam, my Father got thyroid cancer. He past away December 29,1999. He, like Victor Reynolds survived longer than anyone could have. Two mor Real Life Heroes are with Christ. Prayers and Love to Family, Friends, and Colleagues. Love, linda.
