She was born on September 11, 1993 to Jeffrey and the late Susan Marie (Lake) Kaplon in Kittanning, PA.
She was a member of the St. Mary, Mother of God Church, Yatesboro.
Tori is survived by her father, Jeffrey Kaplon of Rural Valley; son, Jameer Carr; paternal grandmother, Anna Mae Kaplon of Rural Valley; and three brothers, Casey (Jessica) Buzzard of OH, Logan (Jenna) Kaplon of Rural Valley, and Nick (Katie) Kaplon of Freeport.
She was preceded in death by mother, Susan Kaplon who passed away on April 5, 2021; maternal grandmother, Katherine Lake; and paternal grandfather, Steve Kaplon.
A private visitation and Blessing Service was held. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., Rural Valley.
