Victoria Tamayo, lovingly known to everyone as "Mommy," was born on May 17, 1927, in Manila, Philippines. She was an energetic, loving, and devoted woman who left a lasting imprint on every heart she touched.

She was married to the love of her life, Amado "Daddy" Tamayo, with whom she shared an enduring love story. Their bond was so strong that they married each other twice, and together they celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mommy and Daddy raised 11 children, and their legacy grew to include 29 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.

To ensure she could watch her family flourish, Mommy lived a healthy and active lifestyle. With the help of her children, she managed a restaurant located in a Malacañang annex building for several years. She later worked as a realtor, providing for her family with determination and grace. In 1984, Mommy moved to the United States after being petitioned by her daughter, Ester, to build a better life for her loved ones.

In the U.S., she worked as a dietary aide, a role that perfectly matched her love of cooking and caring for others. She later became a stay-at-home mom, creating a warm and welcoming home where every child was nurtured and loved.

Mommy's life was rooted in her deep Catholic faith. She prayed faithfully every night and remained devoted to God throughout her life. She embraced every moment with joy and gratitude, even celebrating her 89th birthday with a helicopter tour over Las Vegas - a true reflection of her vibrant spirit.

On September 27, 2025, at the age of 98, Mommy peacefully passed away, reuniting with her beloved husband and children in eternal life. She lived a life full of love, faith, and family - a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
