My condolence to the family,
My name is Stephanie Jenkins-Hall me and Vicki were childhood friends we attended Charles Andrew's elementary school. We grow up in salt springs housing. The Brown family moved and we lost contact. I later reconnected with her when she lived on Ostrander. Vicki was smart and ambitious we had a lot of fun as kids. I'm so sorry for your lost.
Vicki got her wings.
May God heal your hearts you all have great memories of her.

Stephanie Jenkins-Hall

Her beautiful smile when I walked into work at Crouse Hospital. We work together 11pm-7am. She showed me so much love! I loved her as well! We had a lot of fun! She was a good Nurse! Also, she´s like a second Mother to my Son, Daquaun Cueto. When he told me of her passing. Tears rolled down my face! She touched so many hearts! What a Beautiful, kind, caring, loving person! Victoria you surely will be missed! I love You My Dear Friend! Rest In Heaven Beautiful Angel.
Melinda Lankford.
