To know Vicki was to love Vicki. There was never a dull moment with her infectious humor. That’s what her family and friends loved most about her. In her free time, you could find her enjoying the company of family and friends, napping with her fur babies, or sitting on her porch drinking a cup of coffee.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard “Shug” E. Mattingly.
Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Donna Mattingly; son, Matthew (Emily) Mattingly; brother, Richard (Jeannie) Mattingly; sister, Kimberly Mattingly; nephew, Jonathan Mattingly; nieces, Madison Terry, Kayedon, Kami, and Keeley Mattingly; her favorite great nephews, Kopelan and Kyver Mattingly; and her beloved dogs Betty, Coco, and Pearl.
Services are private. Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. Thank you to the Heartford House staff for the care of Vicki in her final days.
