Victory Ann Lynch, affectionately known as "Vic," entered into her eternal rest at the age of 31 after a courageous one year and two month battle with stage 4 cervical cancer. Born on March 12, 1994, in
Delaware, Ohio, Victory lived a life marked by love, generosity, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Though her journey was difficult, Victory is now free from pain and resting in peace.
Victory accepted Christ at a young age. In the final chapter of her journey, she rededicated her life to Christ and was baptized on January 29, 2026, a moment that brought her and her family deep comfort and spiritual reassurance.
Victory had a sweet and caring spirit, always willing to give her last to help someone in need. She adored her four children and cherished every moment spent with her family. Known for her radiant presence, Victory loved to look her best whenever she stepped out the door. She enjoyed good food, laughter, and the simple joy of being surrounded by the people she loved.
A creative soul, Victory found joy in decorating for her children's and family's celebrations. Whether planning a birthday, holiday, or special gathering, she poured her heart into making every moment beautiful. Her imagination and artistic touch brought warmth and color to the lives of those around her.
Victory was educated in the Delaware City and Columbus City school systems and later earned her General Education Diploma. She held positions at Safelite and Chase Bank, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted mother Crystal Banks; her father Eric Lynch and bonus mom Marlena Lynch; her beloved children Tolen Flowers, Brian Devenney, Frankie Devenney, and Faithlyn Devenney; siblings Lauren Allen, Daniel Lynch, David Lynch, Elam Turner, Denise Robinson, Eric Lynch Jr., and Mayah Lynch; grandmothers Ann Banks and Ella Lynch; uncles Larry Green and Jimmie Green; aunts Harvetta Lynch and LaFran Lynch; special aunt Sigrid Christian; special great aunt Joyce Bolton (Randy); special cousins Sirya Banks and Danisha Johnson; a host of cousins and extended family; children's father Frank Devenney Jr.; and dear friends Desiree White and Tationia Ferguson.
Victory is preceded in death by her grandfather's Henry Banks and Harvey Lynch.
Victory's life was a testament to love, resilience, faith, and generosity. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
