Vicy Walker Obituary
He was born August 24, 1948, in Beckley, WV, the son of the late Vicy Vando Walker Sr. and the late Kathleen (Martin) Walker.
Vicy worked at Delphi Packard Electric, retiring after 30 years of service. He enjoyed being outdoors with his grandchildren, sunsets at his West Virginia camp, and was a Coca Cola collector
He married his high school sweetheart and neighborhood friend, Carolyn Starr on January 17, 1969 and they have been happily married for over 56 years.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn J. (Starr) Walker of Warren, OH; children, Barbara (Donald) Walker-Thomas of Vienna, OH, Ronald Walker of Warren, OH, and Vicky Walker of Warren, OH; his dog, Dolly; sister, Karen Walker-Misier of Newton Falls, OH; grandchildren, Donald III (Katie), Walter, Elizabeth (Nathan), Chad (Abigail), Caitlyn, Daniel, and Vanessa; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Reagan, Austin, Jayce, Nihilus, Sonnie Kate, and Tasida.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Vienna Methodist Church, 4265 Warren-Sharon Rd., Vienna, OH 44473.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home
