Vincent was born May 31, 1959, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Vilmos and Karen (Hall) Branyik. He married Beverly Gorst in 1991 in Galesburg, Illinois.
He is survived by a daughter, Kyanne Branyik of Wausau, Wisconsin; a brother, Matthew (and Shannon) Branyik of Abingdon; a sister, Karen Branyik; nieces and nephews and an aunt and uncle. He is also survived by a close friend, Kathleen Shanahan of Abingdon. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, Vincent Branyik Jr.
Vincent graduated from Dunlap High School in 1977. He worked at the former Abingdon Pottery Plant as a guard. He enjoyed music, cooking out, movies and gambling.
Cremation has been accorded. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Meridian Cemetery, Berwick, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Feed My Lambs. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Abingdon Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be shared at www.h-p-w.com.
