Vincent Michael Loggia, 88, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Vincent was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 14th, 1937, to Christopher Anthony Loggia and Dorothea Louise Revett.
As a young boy, his love for art flourished as he began painting in his early childhood and the love for the city around him. His love for art turned into a passion and continued to paint and draw until the very last days of his life.
Vincent came from a large, Italian family who often came together on Sundays for family dinner. He often spoke about his family and the playful memories he had with his sisters and brother. Vincent joined and served in the Navy in his early adult years. After his time in the military, Vincent directed and drove trains for New York City Transit Authority. When Vincent retired from New York City Transit, he gathered his family to Pensacola, Florida to embark on a new life in 1992.
During his time of retirement, Vincent spent his time painting, working on cars, fishing on his boat, riding his motorcycle, and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Vincent loved and took care of his family very well. He was the foundation for his family.
You could always find Vincent taking care of his dogs, making the best waffles, playing pranks on his family, and being the loudest person around with his laugh. He had the best sense of humor and a playful personality especially with his wife, Marilyn Loggia.
Vincent loved being a father to his three children, Vincent Loggia, Jennifer Loggia, and Christina Loggia. His fondest memories with his children were many camping trips in the mountains of New York. He also loved being a grandfather to his grandchildren, Briana Catherine Loggia and Carter Vincent Loggia. He was always present to help throughout his grandchildren's lives.
He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Jennifer Sara Loggia and Christina Elizabeth Loggia; granddaughter, Briana Catherine Loggia; grandson, Carter Vincent Loggia; sisters, Rosemary Martin, Charlotte Loggia, and Dotty Slikas; brother, Christopher Loggia; along with several nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply loved and cherished as he proceeds to reunite with his wife, Marilyn Catherine Loggia; son, Vincent Loggia; sister, Eleanor Parks; parents, Christopher Anthony Loggia & Dorothea Louise Loggia.
