Vincent J. Whitmore

Vincent James Whitmore, age 78, passed away after a brief illness early Sunday morning, December 24, 2023 at Brookdale Assisted Living. He was born on April 4, 1945 in Bay City. Vincent was raised by his mother and grandmother in Bay City and had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe with them as a young boy. He then went on to serve his country with the US Army. While serving abroad, he had the great fortune to meet Angeline Esquerre in Orleans, France and they were married on October 16, 1965. Vincent worked and retired from General Motors and in retirement enjoyed he enjoyed taking care of animals with Angie, they were like babies to them.
Vincent was recently preceded in death by his beloved wife, Angeline Whitmore, on November 10, 2023. He is survived by his daughter, Myriam Roig. Vincent was also preceded in death by his mother, Doreen Whitmore.
