Vincent Baltierra

Vincent Cedillo Baltierra, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and cherished friend passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Vincent was born on August 14, 1955, in Lockhart, Texas. He graduated from Travis High School in 1973 and went on to serve in the Army National Guard. Following his service, Vincent answered the call to ministry and began evangelizing across the country. He dedicated over 45 years of his life to sharing the Gospel and serving others.
Vincent served as an apostle (church planter) in Okeechobee, Florida, and later as the Senior Pastor of Rivers of Living Water for 25 years. He was a graduate of Agape Faith Bible Training Center (Class of 2002) and Charis Bible College (Class of 2023).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad C. Baltierra and Refugio Muñoz Baltierra, and his brother, Bobby Baltierra.
Vincent is survived by his devoted wife of 34 years, Kim Baltierra; his eight children - Patricia Esquivel, Melissa (Jaquine) Castillo, Elijah (Irene) Baltierra, Theresa (John) Stovall, Rachel (Carlos) Rosales, Priscilla (Tyrell) Griggs, Elizabeth Esquivel, and Esther Baltierra; 28 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers Jimmy, Hector, Ruben, Danny; sisters Diana, Mary Ann, Frances, Sylvia and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11 am at the Parkside Assembly of God, 302 Pine Ave., Alma, MI 48801. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Alma. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 8 pm at the Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma and Saturday from 10:30 am until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkside Assembly of God. Vincent's legacy of faith, love, and service will continue to inspire all who knew him.
