Vincenzo Zingaro
Churchville, NY: Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at age 90. Predeceased by his mother, Celeste Zingaro; brother, Joe Zingaro; sisters-in-law, Adelina Magnotta, Ada D'Ettorre; brother-in-law, Matthew Natalie; niece, Laura Natale. Survived by his wife of 69 years, Josephine Zingaro; his children, Rita (Leon) Tucker, Pina (Paul) Spampanato; grandchildren, Nicole & Marissa Tucker, Gianluca & Antonio Marsocci; sisters, Livia Natalie, Gertrude (Jim) Cosmano; brother, Robert (Samantha) Zingaro; brothers-in-law, Jerry Magnotta and Domenic D'Ettorre; many nieces and nephews whom he loved like his very own.
Vince was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company; he enjoyed hunting, trap shooting, vacationing with family and friends, sudoku, word searches and reading the Wall Street Journal.
Vince was a wonderful man who was a sweet and gentle soul. He was kind hearted. He had a great sense of humor and a smile that could light up a room. He shared 69 blessed years with his loving wife Josephine by his side, raised a beautiful family and lived a wonderful life. He loved gatherings with his family and friends but had a special love and affection when it was hunting season; going to his camp with the "boys". He will be missed by many.
Friends may call Monday (Jan 22nd) 3-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday (Jan 23rd) 10:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Aurora House in his memory.
