Virgil Revoir, 95, of Lower Licking Road, Morehead passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at UK-St Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
He was born on November 13, 1929 in Melvindale, Michigan, a son of the late Arthur and Nellie Grandy Revoir.
Virgil was a retired pipefitter and plumber.
He was a member of the Bluebank First Church of God and he enjoyed going out to lunch, working on cars, lawn work and traveling.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia Revoir, his second wife, Ella “Billie” Revoir, one son, Vernon Revoir, one step-son, William Thomas Swim, two step-daughters, Virginia Modler and Shirley Camarena, three brothers, Duane Revoir, Babe Revoir and Lee Revoir, two sisters, Kathleen Rogers and Irene Rivard and grandson, Mark Revoir.
Survivors include one son, Bruce Revoir (Lori) of Owingsville, Kentucky, two step-daughters, Betty Sells (Lee) of Brooksville, Florida and Phyllis Hartwick (Bud) of Canton, Michigan, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, step-great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also, caregivers, Missy McRoberts of Morehead and Ashley, who the family would like to extend a special thank you to.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 4, 2025 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Jeff Fannin and Bruce Revoir officiating.
Burial will follow in the Slaty Point Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
