Gregory Stigall Obituary
Gregory Dean Stigall, 62, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at UK-St. Claire HealthCare.
He was born on November 14, 1962 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, the youngest son of the late Jack Stigall and Louise Glover Stigall Carroll.
Gregory was an animal lover and he loved the outdoors and nature.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Stigall.
Survivors include two brothers, Rick Stigall and Roger Stigall, two sisters, Robin Delatorre-Lucas and Jackie Renee Hall and several nieces and nephews.
At his request, there will be no funeral services or visitation.
The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home at 808 Old Flemingsburg Road in Morehead is caring for all arrangements for Gregory Dean Stigall.
