It is with sadness and celebration that we announce the passing of our father, a retired US Border Patrol Officer and a US Navy veteran. Known for his kindness, wisdom, and devotion to his family. His legacy benefited the lives of many, and his memory will remain in our hearts as a guiding light and inspiration. We will treasure the moments shared, grateful for the warmth, joy, and steadfast support he brought into our lives. May he rest in peace.
He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Speer. He is survived by his sons, Cary Speer (Stephanie) and Coy Speer (Kamie); his daughter Dianna Frye (Randy); eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren
