Virginia A. (Kissel) Brown, age 75, of Gibsonia, on Friday, September 20, 2024 left this earth peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Joseph M. Brown; loving mother of Michael (CJ) Brown, Suzanne (Jason) Inesso, and Diana (Scott) Butler; proud grandmother of Emily, Brett, Adam, Ashley, Mason, and Max; sister of Frances Kissel-Powell. Ginny lived a beautiful life, fought cancer for seven years, and a severe stroke five years ago. She showed how to fight and live life. She liked a good happy hour, horseback riding, the Kentucky Derby, and vacationing in Palm Springs. She was full of love, laughter, and touched the lives of all who knew her. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, where a Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
