Virginia Rowan Kelley, age 83, of Turtletown, TN died Thursday, July 13, 2006. She was born in Henry County, GA to the late Henry Washington and Lois Brannan Rowan.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, W. T. Kelley and son Virgil Kelley.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by her daughter, Elon Kelley Greer, Turtletown, TN; siblings, Joel Rowan, Stockbridge, GA, Richard Rowan, Griffin, GA, Gerald Rowan, Jacksonville, FL, Martha Stensrud, Temple, TX; 8 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors with Rev. Norman Pyle officiating. Interment will follow at Flippen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 2 to 5 PM and Sunday 2 to 3 PM at the funeral home. Those who wish may sign the on-line guest registry at www.cannon-cleveland.com.
