Virginia McIntyre Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Virginia “Ginger” McIntyre, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and devoted educator. Ginger is survived by her loving husband, Calvin; her daughter, Heather; her son, Jason, and his wife Sara; and her granddaughter, Juliette.
A lifelong educator, Ginger impacted countless lives through her work at: Allen School, Cleveland State Community College, Rhea County High School, Trewhitt Junior High School, Bradley Central High School, and Murray County High School.
Beyond the classroom, Ginger found joy and peace in the mountains, where she loved spending time with her family. She also was an avid traveler, taking several cross country road trips, as well as visiting several other countries such as France, Germany, and Italy.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her dedication to others, and the joy she brought to those around her. Ginger’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the many lives that she touched.
