Virginia Webb Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Pinello Funeral Home on Jan. 30, 2026.
With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Virginia Lee Webb; Surrounded by family,

Gabby as most knew her, went home to be with the Lord on January 22nd, 2026. Born in Pulaski

County VA on December 26th, 1949, Gabby lived in the mountains with her parents and siblings

before moving with her family to Jacksonville Florida in the early 1960's. Where she would

eventually start a family of her own, making Florida her forever home.

Gabby, known affectionately as "Nana" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren,

was the devoted, loving, and guiding light of our family. Gabby lived a life full of service, loyalty,

and adventure. Throughout the years she always stayed busy; whether filling her kitchen with

delightful aromas, throwing parties, working on one of the properties she managed, or simply

spending time with family. Gabby, a beautiful soul who never met a stranger was one of a kind.

Always spreading love infinitely, making sure everyone she met felt like family. Also known for

her tenacious spirit, infectious laugh, and most importantly for her innate ability to draw

generations of family together she loved so dearly.

Gabby is survived by her family: Including her husband Samuel; daughter Kimberly and

son William Dale II, her daughter in law Amy; nieces, Bobby (Angie), Lori, and Debbie as well as

her nephews Rainey and Jerry; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Stephon, Bethany, and William

Dale III; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Piper, Jamison, Anna and soon to be Violet. She is

preceded in death by her parents Helen and Robert Grimm; brother Bobby and sisters Jeanie

and Carol; as well as her granddaughter Brittany. Gabby leaves behind a legacy of kindness

that will live on in the hearts of her family, friends and anyone who was fortunate enough to

know her.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at 1pm. The location is Pinello

Funeral home, located at 1036 Derbyshire Rd, Daytona Beach.

After the initial service has concluded, we will gather to honour Gabby with light snacks and

refreshments, to pay our respects and share stories of the one we loved so dearly.
