Vito Arredondo Padron, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and sibling, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025, at the age of 74 in Dallas, Texas. Born on July 14, 1950, Vito spent his formative years in the vibrant community of Capulin Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
A dedicated merchant by trade, Vito was well-known for his integrity, hard work, and passion for the traditions that defined his life. His love for horses and Jaripeo were legendary, a testament to his deep connection to his cultural roots. Whether it was being in the countryside or his collection of hats, Vito always embodied the cowboy spirit, a style that was uniquely his own.
Vito is survived by his loving wife, Lorenza, who stood by him through life's many adventures and challenges. His legacy continues through his cherished children: sons Antonio, Victor, and Javier, and daughters Maria De Los Angeles, Rosario, and Alicia, each of whom carries forward his values and love.
He was a proud and doting grandfather to 17 grandchildren and great grandfather to 1 great-grandchild, leaving them with countless stories to cherish and pass down.
Vito will also be fondly remembered by his loving sisters: Juana Mancilla, Felicitas, Efigenia, and Maria Santos.
His passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will forever serve as a guiding light to those he leaves behind. Family, friends, and community members will gather in the following days to celebrate and honor a life well-lived.
Vito will be dearly missed, yet his spirit and passion for life will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
