It is with a heavy heart that I, Eneida Gonzalez, write the obituary for my beloved mother, Vivian Gonzalez, who was born on July 25, 1954, in Bronx, New York, 10459. Vivian was a beacon of unlimited love, support, and compassion, leaving an indelible imprint on the hearts of all who knew her. She was the epitome of reliability, always there when needed, with her arms and heart wide open.
Vivian was the life of any gathering, her vibrant personality lighting up the room, her laughter infectious. She had an innate ability to connect with anyone, making lifelong friends wherever she went. Vivian was fiercely protective of her family, her love for us unwavering, even as she bravely battled illness. She kept her spirit alive, her light shining bright, illuminating our lives with her enduring strength and courage. Vivian's love for her family was her guiding star, her most cherished treasure.
Throughout her life, Vivian nurtured her passions, crocheting beautiful pieces, testing her mind with puzzle books, and visiting friends. She was an active member of the Sixteen Acres Library, Raymond Jordan Senior Center, and Foster Memorial Church. Vivian's love for her community was evident in her service and commitment. She will be deeply missed by her daughters Tomika, Eneida, Jazmin, and Tanya; her sister Rachel; her grandchildren SophiaRose, Raven, James, Liam, and Kyasia. Vivian is reunited in heaven with her late husband Ramon, their daughter Rebecca, and her sister Evelyn.
