Wade Jorgensen, born November 21, 1956, passed away on September 24, 2025, at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Wade is survived by his children, Amanda Jorgensen of Schenectady, New York, and Ryan Jorgensen ( Paula, Mason and Carson) of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; his grandson, Gavyn Jorgensen, of Watertown, South Dakota.
He is also survived by his brother, Rocky Jorgensen, and sister, Dawn Bohlmann, both of Lemmon, South Dakota.
Wade was preceded in death by his parents, Milly Neve, Chuck Neve, and Pete Jorgensen.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
