Memorial services will be 10:00am, Saturday, September 13, 2025, with visitation one hour prior to the service, at New Life Church in Watertown, South Dakota.
The Honorary group will be Jamie Bauer, Rebecca Bauer De Loera, Lorenz Co-workers, Leroy Wyman, Dan Minder, Jack Lowery, Brian Wilson and Eric Lewno.
Keith Loren Bauer was born on November 13, 1964 in Watertown, South Dakota to Wilmur Dale and Dolly Mae (Lewis) Bauer. He grew up in Summit, South Dakota and graduated from Summit High School.
Keith started employment at Lorenz Manufacturing in 1998 where he had been currently working; prior to that he helped local farmers, drove truck for Scotts Lumber, worked for Stadeim Well Drilling and also Jack Lau Trucking out of Summit.
Keith loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He spent most mornings on the weekend in his garage with Dale, Minder, and Leroy having coffee. He enjoyed fishing with his friends. He also enjoyed watching the Minnesota Vikings.
Grateful to have shared in Keith's life are his children, Roddy Magnuson of Beresford, SD, Jacklyn (Logan) Larsen of Wentworth, SD and Cathryn Bauer (fiancé James Brumbaugh) of Brookings, SD; his grandchildren, Weston Magnuson of Mobrige, SD and Masyn, Maddox, Maliek and Maliyah Warne all of Watertown, SD; his mother, Dolly Bauer of Custer SD; his siblings, Ilene Perez of Custer, SD, Dale Bauer of Summit, SD and Ann (Tim) Meyer of Sioux Falls, SD.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilmur Bauer; brother-in-law, Duston Magnuson; and his nephew, Justin Magnuson.

Keith Bauer passed away to the age of 60 on Monday, August 25, 2025 in Sioux Falls, SD. He will be dearly missed by his family.
