Walter "Bill" C. Morse Jr. was born on October 10, 1966, in Covington, Louisiana. He passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, also in his beloved hometown. A devoted father and grandfather, Bill was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Throughout his life, Bill dedicated his time and energy to those he loved. He found joy in simple pleasures such as lawn care, riding his lawnmower, and sharing good times with family and friends around a BBQ. His competitive spirit flourished through games of cornhole, and he cherished the moments spent boiling crawfish and shrimp, often bringing people together over a shared meal and fostering laughter and camaraderie.

Bill is survived by his loving mother, Sandra Morse, and his son, Curtis D. Morse (Melissa). He took great pride in being a grandfather and leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Haven and Heidi.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha Morse, his daughter Kelly A Morse, and his Uncle Buck Lloyd, each of whom held a special place in his heart and left lasting impacts on his life.

Visitation will be held on July 15, 2025, from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, located at 75212 Lee Rd, Covington, Louisiana, 70435.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to them to help cover finacial burdens.

As we gather to honor the life and legacy of Walter "Bill" C. Morse Jr., we remember a man who embraced life with passion and love, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know him. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
